Since then, the brand has evolved into a massive hotel with over thousands of rooms acquired in just a span of thirteen years.

Tolani is also a Social Entrepreneur at Kingdom Holdings. He is regarded for his work with women’s domestic violence welfare, workplace sexual harassment and sex trafficking advocate and wage equality for women, emphasizing people over profits.

Tolani possesses all the four assets of the “Paragon of grit” and is said to be the CEO of America’s most honored business.

Early life and education

Tolani was born on March 26, 1968 in Mumbai, India. He completed his schooling at St. Annes, Pali Hill, Bandra. He did his college from MMK College of Commerce and Economics and Jai Hind College, both based in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Career

Tolani is an Orange County resident and social entrepreneur who is publicly admired for his second chance giving, women’s equal right to pay, and prevention of women’s sexual and domestic violence.[2] He is also a human rights activist and a philanthropist. His network of American Lodging association’s advocacy groups scored some early victories in the White House administration, pushing its priorities to the top of the White House agenda.[3]

As the head of the Prince Organization,[4] Tolani supported ECPAT-USA’s mission to protect children from sexual exploitation and raise awareness about trafficking by committing to implementing policies that condemn such atrocious acts.[5]

Prince Hotels is the first hotel organization that applied for a change of corporate structure in CA from a “Profit Corporation” to a “Benefit Corporation,” focusing on its mission for social responsibilities. The organization works with top hotel brands like IHG, Hilton, and Marriott, winning numerous awards from these top hotel brands of the world.[6]

Personal life

Tolani is married to Neelam Tolani. The couple has two sons, Krish Tolani (15) and Aryan Tolani (14). He is fluent in English, Spanish, Hindi, Sindhi and Urdu. Tolani is also a super car racer who seeks spiritual guidance from the Dalai Lama.
