Mendez offers a wide range of specialized techniques for professionals to achieve their desired goals and generate six figures or more online by leveraging social media.[2][3]
Mendez is a highly acclaimed fitness[4] & business professional who offers personal as well as online programs incorporating a distinctive coaching style with a personalized approach. He has worked with many celebrity clients and is currently an athlete for Puma and Onnit. Mendez is also the Co-Host of the Sweat It Out Podcast and is considered as one of the top influential people in Miami.[5]
Mendez has hosted multiple fitness events and is one of the Top Influencers for the Miami Heat and Miami Dolphins. Early life and education
Mendez was born and raised in Miami, Florida. He attended a private school, Archbishop Coleman F. Carroll High School, where he completed his high school education. During this time, Mendez played football and wrestling. He was also a member of the Key Club.[15]
In 2011, Mendez pursued a three-year-long course in Exercise Science at Miami Dade College. In 2014, Mendez joined the Equinox Academy in New York to pursue a diploma course in personal training.
Career
Mendez started his career as a personal trainer in 2011 when he joined Bally Total Fitness. By the end of 2011, Mendez became a master trainer at LA Fitness, where he worked for over two years. In 2014 Mendez started personal training at Equinox.
Mendez started leveraging social media in 2013, posting snippets of his workout sessions and how-to videos for his audience. He soon gained popularity and earned a name in the health and fitness sector.[16][17]
In 2016, Mendez founded MFPRO, a community for sports enthusiasts and an active platform where he shares exclusive content related to workouts, nutrition, high-level mindset, self-growth, entrepreneurship, business, inspiration, social media tactics, lifestyle, fitness, and health. In 2017, Mendez became a co-owner of a personal training facility called MSP Athletics.[18]
Mendez, as a social media influencer, leverages social media’s power for networking, interaction, growth, and to help people gain online traction.[19]
Mendez signed as an athlete and coach for Puma in 2017. He is also a co-host of a fitness podcast, Sweat It Out Podcast, where Mendez and Joshua Evans talk about Health, Fitness and Mindset, Entrepreneurship.[20][21][22]
Awards
Mendez is the recipient of the 2018 Top Health & Fitness Coach In Miami award and One of the top influential people in Miami award.[23] He also secured the first place award in the Puma Summit, which was awarded by Usain Bolt. [24]
