He also serves as an advisor for KERV Interactive, TPG Integrated Media, and EverBlock Systems.[2][3]
Mittman has over two decades of experience as a C-Suite executive working across the sports, lifestyle, technology, business, fashion, and luxury media verticals, specializing in digital strategy and commercial leadership. He has held executive positions with a number of major media companies, including Condé Nast and Bleacher Report.[4][5]

Mittman holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from The Ohio State University.
Career
Mittman began his career in 1995 as a research associate at Sanford Bernstein in New York. In 1998, he became a dot com account director at New York magazine. He served in this capacity for three years, during which he was responsible for digital sales. He went on to join Time Inc. as an account manager and advertising director, responsible for the publications Mutual Funds Magazine and Popular Science.[6]
In 2006, Mittman joined Condé Nast, where he worked for over a decade, leading sales, marketing, R&D, and brand strategy for several publications. During his tenure at Condé Nast, he spent eight years at WIRED, first as associate publisher and then as vice president and publisher. He oversaw the creation of WIRED’s iPad app and spearheaded the magazine's expansion into the digital business, making it one of the first magazines to derive half its advertising from digital. Mittman became chief revenue officer and publisher of GQ in 2014. He launched the luxury print publication GQ Style and created partnerships with retailers like Bloomingdale's and GAP.[7]
He concluded his tenure at Condé Nast as chief business officer for ALPHA, overseeing a team of 220 people and the publications GQ, WIRED, Golf Digest, GQ Style, Pitchfork, and Ars Technica.[8]
In 2017, Mittman joined the sports and lifestyle company Bleacher Report as chief revenue officer and chief marketing officer. Two years later, he was appointed as CEO as part of a planned transition after the company's acquisition by WarnerMedia.[9] At Bleacher Report, Mittman created the company's events division and achieved the three highest years of revenue growth. He was responsible for the execution of digital media and branded content strategies which boosted social advertising from $600,000 to $82 million through partnerships with prominent brands, including Adidas, Ford, P&G, and Google. Under his leadership, Bleacher Report was named among Fast Company's 50 Most Innovative Companies.[10][11]
In 2020, Mittman established Record Scratch, a marketing and digital transformation consulting firm based in New York.[12]
In 2022, Mittman was appointed president of 888 U.S. He is responsible for all U.S. operations for 888 Holdings and its strategic partnerships with Caesars Entertainment, World Series of Poker, and Authentic Brands Group, the publisher of Sports Illustrated.[13] He also serves as an advisor to KERV Interactive, EverBlock Systems, and TPG Integrated Media.[14]
