As a core member of the executive team, he drove revenue growth, steered the company into new markets, and exponentially boosted sales. He deftly managed all facets of sales and business development, ensuring optimal pricing, competitive compensation, efficient distribution, strategic channel development, and market competitiveness.[7]

Under Hasworth's leadership, Vision Mobile flourished, expanding to 28 locations across four East Coast states. His invaluable experience cultivated a profound understanding of sales, marketing, and operational strategies. Vision Mobile consistently ranked top in sales volume throughout his tenure.[8]

In 2019, Hasworth transitioned into the solar energy industry and began working as a solar energy consultant at Pink Energy. Leveraging his extensive experience in sales, marketing, and operations, he quickly ascended to the top 1% of earners in the solar industry within his first year.
