He is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of The Rager Family Office and a board member at Green Stack Capital.[1]

Early life and education

Rager was born and raised in the United States. At 16, he earned the rank of Eagle Scout from the Boy Scouts of America.

Rager graduated with a bachelor's degree in business administration from Babson College. During his time at Babson, he developed an interest in accounting and finance and acquired financing to purchase a chain of eight retail business units in the northeastern United States.

Career

Rager began his career in the early 1990s by building and selling computers directly to customers online.

In 2006, Rager founded Rager Capital Partners, where he serves as president, focusing on corporate strategy, acquisitions, and building high-performance teams.

In 2007, Rager joined Kiki Golf as a board member and CFO, where he oversaw financial operations and strategic initiatives for the organization.[2]

In 2008, he became a board member and investor at MyCityApartment.com. In 2009, Rager joined Bluefront Capital LLC as a board member. He also served as Vice President at Boston National Capital Partners.

In 2015, Rager became chairman of The Rager Family Office, a private investment firm emphasizing long-term partnerships and disciplined investment strategies. The firm engages with family offices, private equity firms, and institutional investors, prioritizing ethical practices, transparency, and sustainable growth.

In 2018, he joined Green Stack Capital as a board member. At Green Stack Capital, he has contributed to the firm’s focus on securing long-term real estate assets with stable, credit-rated tenants.[3]
