He is the founder of KeyGlee, a real estate technology company operating in the US.[1] He has almost two decades of experience in the real estate investing/wholesaling industry.[2]

Damji, as of 2022, has completed over 5,000+ transactions worth over $30 Million. He is also the founder of the AstroFlipping mentorship program designed for budding entrepreneurs. He has taught over 3000 students till now helping them kick start their wholesale business.[3]

Damji is also an active social media influencer, and host of the Wholesale Hotline podcast. He regularly shares tips and tricks on wholesale real estate and technology.[4] Damji also runs To The Moon and Straight Out of Comping podcasts.[5]

Early life and education

Damji was born on December 12, 1978 to Anil Damji and Nurjehan Damji. He grew up with a sister, Rahima Blaza, in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Later he received a bachelor’s degree in Science with a specialization in Kinesiology.

Career

Damji started his career in the real estate industry with his sister Rahima Blaza. Initially, he worked in managing multifamily and wholesaling properties in Alberta, Canada.[6] After the 2008 financial crisis, he returned to Los Angeles to pursue his passion for stand-up comedy, but after four years, he relocated to Phoenix, Arizona, where he established KeyGlee.[7]

KeyGlee has been operational since 2016.[8] How a few friends created KeyGlee [9] It currently has over 100 employees, and closes 60-80 real estate transactions a month.[10] KeyGlee is a nationally franchised operation that currently has 100+ operating franchises across the US.[11]

Damji is also the founder of the AstroFlipping mentorship program to help budding entrepreneurs succeed and be their own bosses.[12] He also shares his expertise on social media platforms, especially Instagram and YouTube.[13]

Currently, Damji is starring on Triple Digit Flip broadcasted on A&E alongside Pace Morby, where they show viewers how to make 6 figure profits on fix and flips.[14]

Personal life

Damji is married to Natalie Gallant and they have two daughters, Tayla and Karisma. He is fluent in English, and Kutchi.
