Wirth also serves as President of Strategic Growth Advisory, a business consulting firm known for its work with elite C-Suite executives.[2][3]
Wirth has over two decades of experience working for companies, clients and brands including but not limited to Motorola, ON Semiconductor, PRTM Consulting, Philips, Lucent, KeyGlee, and New Reach Education.[4] She is the author of Hello, Health and also runs a private consulting service as well as a supplement company helping people become healthy in all aspects of their lives.[5][6]
Early life and education
Wirth was born on June 20, 1974 to James and Gail Wirth. She grew up with three brothers in Paradise Valley, Arizona. After receiving a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Arizona with honors, Wirth began working at Motorola Semiconductor in Phoenix and Singapore. She later attended graduate school at Carnegie Mellon University, where she received an MBA in Marketing and Technology in 2001.
Career
Wirth started her career in 1996 when she joined Motorola.[7] She worked for three years in the operations department and then left to earn her MBA and later join PRTM. Wirth stayed there for over two years, working as a management consultant. In 2002, Wirth joined InnSuites Hospitality Trust,[8] where she served for approximately 16 years as the President, COO and Board Member.[9] Under her leadership, the trust incrementally raised revenues and expanded its operations in over eighteen countries.[10][11]
In 2011, Wirth joined the Independent Lodging Industry Association,[12] where she stayed for seven years, during which the association grew its membership to over 5000.[13] She also served as the Board’s president from 2015 to 2018.[14][15]
In 2016, Wirth started her entrepreneurial journey with the establishment of Strategic Growth Agency, a business advisory firm based in Scottsdale, Arizona.[16] In the same year, she also started the Health and Wellness Science Foundation supporting personalized health at a cellular level.[17][18][19]
In 2019, Wirth founded Hello Health, which is known for offering a range of supplements for brain, immune, and digestion support.[20] Hello Health’s products were showcased by a Johns Hopkins research team and are in the process of building out an Integrative/Functional Community of products and resources and looking for collaborative partners.[21]
In 2021, Wirth was appointed as the COO of the New Reach Education.
In 2022, Wirth launched the enCOURAGEing wellness podcast.

Organization, awards and certifications
Wirth is a member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO), an Active Licensed Arizona Real Estate Agent and Coplex Venture Builder Mentor. She also serves as a mentor for the Arizona Commerce Authority.
In 2016, Wirth became EY Entrepreneur of the Year finalist.
