He is the founder and CEO of Camouflet, a company specializing in AI-driven pricing solutions. Jeff Radwell was born on March 9, 1990, in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. He spent much of his childhood in Sheung Wan, a historic district in Hong Kong, where he was raised in a family of educators. Radwell also lived in Guangzhou and Macau, experiences that contributed to his fluency in Cantonese and his early interest in global education and scientific research.

He attended the George School, a Quaker boarding school in Pennsylvania, where he excelled in mathematics and the sciences. Radwell later pursued higher education at the University of Pennsylvania, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree, graduating summa cum laude. He continued his studies at the London Business School, where he obtained an MBA with First Class Honours, and later completed a PhD at Imperial College London.
